Olentangy Local Schools has once again received excellent news regarding student academic achievement. The College Board recently informed the district that both the participation rates and various scores for Advanced Placement courses have increased. Also, recent ACT data indicates high-level achievement scores and increased participation rates.

All four Olentangy middle schools earned the prestigious Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) Harold A. Meyer Award for Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity for the 2009-10 school year. Olentangy Hyatts Middle School (OHMS), Olentangy Liberty Middle School (OLMS), Olentangy Orange Middle School (OOMS) and Olentangy Shanahan Middle School (OSMS) are four of the just 14 middle schools in the state to achieve this honor.
