The week of November 17 Olentangy will be testing a new communications tool that will allow us to contact all of our families by phone within a matter of minutes. This system will be used to inform students and their families of important announcements, weather emergencies and crisis situations, should they arise.
Families should receive a pre-recorded test call from Olentangy Local Schools on home phones and cell phones. While the district has worked diligently to ensure that the call list is as accurate as possible, adjustments will be necessary. Thank you in advance for your patience.

It is important to note that this system will be used in conjunction the district’s current communications tools. All closures and delays will still be reported to local television and radio stations, the district Web site and district listserves.
