Second-grade students at Oak Creek Elementary School (OCES) each chose a historical figure to study and then created a costume and monologue to represent how that person contributed to our society. During the Night at the Wax Museum event in February, OCES parents were invited in and given a pretend remote control. The students dressed in costume and stood silently until someone used a “remote control” to start their speech.
