The Olentangy Local School District is creating several new community committees including the Continuous Improvement Committee. This group will communicate and share the district’s academic improvement efforts between the school district and community members. Olentangy Local Schools is currently accepting applications for several community members who are interested in assisting the district with the annual modifications to the district’s Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), offering input on how the district communicates the academic achievements of the district from the annual achievement report and providing the district with feedback related to the improvement efforts of the district. The application deadline for this committee is Friday, April 30.
Also, the Innovation and Creativity Committee has extended their application deadline and is currently seeking new members. The vision of this group is to support the district’s mission and to ensure that technology is utilized in creative and responsible ways to support, affect and extend learning for all students as they embrace 21st century skills. The application deadline has been extended to Friday, April 23.
