Ohio State University basketball player Jared Sullinger visited Wyandot Run Elementary School (WRES) to celebrate the students’ achievements in the Hoops for Heart campaign, which raises funds for the American Heart Association while teaching children heart-healthy activities. As a whole the school raised $14,234. Sullinger spent the afternoon signing autographs and playing basketball with Ms. Waltz’s fourth-grade class, which had the highest class total of $1,620.
