Olentangy students and staff members will take part in a benefit concert for Nationwide Children’s Hospital on June 7 at the Hyatt on Capitol Square in Columbus.
The annual event, called Playing from the Heart, will run from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. A choir of students from Olentangy Liberty Middle School (OLMS) will perform under the direction of JoEllen Harris, gifted intervention specialist. Pat Farrenkopf, director of gifted services, will give a keynote address discussing the importance of gifted education.
