Announcements – March 31

OLMS Drama will present performances of 3 one-act comedies–”Saturday, the 14th,” “Poor Little Lambs,” and “The Wonderful Wizard of Neverland”–Friday, April 9 and Saturday, April 10 at 7:00; and Sunday, April 11 at 2:00. Admission is $5 and all tickets are sold at the door.

Attention 7th and 8th graders – We will have our Planet Smoothie fund raiser again on Thursday morning. If you would like to purchase a smoothie, please bring in $3.50 and you can get one during advisory. $1 of every sale comes right back here to OLMS. Don’t miss this sweet treat!

Olentangy Summer Movie Camp is now accepting registrations fro this year’s session. This is a camp that teaches video production and editing skills in a fun and exciting way that can be used for a lifetime. We will be offering one session of the camp June 14th – 18th from 1:00 – 4:00. This camp is open to students who have finished 5th through 8th grades. Parents of Team 701/702 students: We are still collecting 2 liter pop bottles for our terrarium project that begins next week. We have enough to start the project, but could use many more for the second part of it. Any rinsed out 2 liter bottles you could send with your son or daughter to give to their science teacher would be appreciated. Anyone else who would also like to donate can give them to Mr. Conner or Miss Del Regno as well. Thanks!

FCA will be hosting Freedom Night on Thursday, April 1 at Grace Church. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and will end at 10:30 p.m. We had over 250 students attend last year, dont miss the fun! See Mr. Mills with questions.

All Middle School Dance ‘Tangle on the Tangy’ at OHS Friday, April 16th 6pm-9pm, $5 admission. No student will be permitted to leave early without a parent present. Hosted by OHS girls soccer team.

There will be an informational meeting regarding summer basketball camps open gyms for parents of any rising 7th and 8th grade (current 6th and 7th grade) boys on Tuesday, March 30th in the Liberty High School Commons area at 6:00 p.m. Liberty Basketball Camp forms, Eastern Ohio Team Camp forms, and summer open gym schedules will all be passed out at this meeting.

Attention 7th grade Girls – Join Nurse Kara Haney in a lunchtime girls group to discuss and learn about health topics specifically for GIRLS. Have you ever wondered How tall will I get? Why do some deodorants work and some DON’T? Why do we do health screenings? Why do I need 3 glasses of milk everyday? What happens to my body when I skip breakfast? Girls Health Questions Answered… Everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask.
Stop by room 225 to pick up a permission slip.
