| Enrolling in Olentangy | The New Student Welcome Center (NSWC) is located near the district’s Administrative Office area in the Shanahan facility and serves as the central location for the registration and verification of residency for all new students. |

| Olentangy Listserves | A listserve or mailing list is a service which sends you information via e-mail. To participate in a mailing list, you subscribe to it, much as you subscribe to a magazine. | Athletic Activity Passes | Olentangy's Athletic Departments are selling Athletic Activity Passes for all Olentangy middle and high school athletic events (excluding tournaments). These passes will admit Olentangy school-age children and parents.

| Olentangy Rewards Cards | The Olentangy Local School District would like to honor and thank our school district residents who are age sixty-two and older for their contributions to our school system by extending an invitation to receive the Olentangy Rewards Card.
The Olentangy Rewards Card is your ticket to free admission at any school sponsored athletic or theatre event. It’s our way of saying “Thank you!” for your support. |
Food Service Information
| National School Lunch Program | Olentangy participates in the National School Lunch Program that provides free or reduced price lunch for qualified students. The application process requires only one application per household. Applications are available in each school office and will be sent home with the August/September menus or you may download an application here (pdf). If you have questions about this program, contact Pam Riley, food service supervisor, at (740) 657-4053. |

| National School Breakfast Program | Olentangy Meadows Elementary, Arrowhead Elementary, Glen Oak Elementary, Olentangy Orange Middle School, Olentangy Hyatts Middle School, Olentangy Shanahan Middle School and Olentangy Orange High School participate in the National School Breakfast Program that provides free or reduced price breakfast for qualified students. A separate application is not needed. |
