About the New Student Welcome Center

The New Student Welcome Center (NSWC) is located near the district’s Administrative Office area in the Shanahan facility and serves as the central location for the registration and verification of residency for all new students.

NSWC is designed to give new families a streamlined enrollment process.  Previously, parents had to complete numerous forms per child. Now, parents can call the NSWC and receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will allow them to complete most of the registration process for all of their children online. After completing the online requirements, parents should come to the NSWC to finalize their child's registration. Then parents will be directed to the appropriate school building(s) to complete the enrollment process.

The NSWC is open year around. We encourage you to register your children as soon as you move into the Olentangy area.
